About Dr. Julie Gross, DC, MSACN

Dr. Julie Gross, DC, MSACN is a chiropractor, clinical nutritionist, clinical leader, and healthcare innovator dedicated to helping individuals move, heal, and live with confidence. Her approach blends whole person care, evidence based chiropractic, and clinical nutrition, while also supporting patients as they navigate a complex healthcare industry that was not designed with patients in mind.
Dr. Gross began her healthcare journey in 2000 as an Emergency Medical Technician, providing critical care throughout Western New York. Her years in emergency services not only shaped her clinical instincts but also deepened her passion for serving the people of Western New York with compassion, clarity, and unwavering commitment.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology in 2004 from Buffalo State University, where she developed a strong understanding of social structures, healthcare disparities, and human behavior — insights that continue to guide her patient centered approach. She went on to complete her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2008 and her Master’s in Applied Clinical Nutrition in 2009 at Northeast College of Health Sciences.
Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Gross is deeply committed to her community. She serves on committees for the New York Special Olympics Polar Plunge and Buffalo Bowl Week and volunteers as a coach for Special Olympics softball, basketball, and bowling teams. When she’s not in the office or out in the community, she can often be found on her small farm in Newstead, spending time with her husband, their two border collies—Venture and Ruthie—and their flock of seven chickens. That time outdoors keeps her grounded, connected, and energized for the work she loves.
Whether she is adjusting a spine, teaching a movement strategy, supporting patients through nutrition, or guiding someone through a long‑term wellness plan, Dr. Gross brings the same values to every interaction: clarity, compassion, empowerment, and a belief that every person deserves to feel at home in their body.
